Level 2 Diploma in Care
If you are new to Health and Social care and do not have any care qualification, level 2 is a good place to start. Upon completing the course you will be gaining the fundamental knowledge needed to help you work as a Carer / Support worker. It is also an RQF 46 credits course completed within 6 to 12 months.
You can proceed to level 3 after completing this level.
Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care
If you are currently working in care and have achieved level 2 Health and Social care, then this is the next level to complete. If you do not have level 2 but you work as a senior carer and looking at progressing your career in care, then this is the right course for you. This is an RQF 58 credit course completed within 6 to 12 months.
Opportunity to progress to level 4
Level 4 Certificate in Principles of Leadership and Management for Adult Care
This is a course for Deputy managers who are working within the Health and Social Care sector.
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (Adult Care)
This is a course for Managers or someone who has managerial responsibility within Health and Social Care sector. It is an RQF 90 credits course which will help you gain the knowledge on how to be an effective manager within the Adult Care sector.
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (Children and Young People)
This is a course for Managers or someone who has managerial responsibility within Health and Social Care sector. It is an RQF 90 credits course which will help you gain the knowledge on how to be an effective manager within the Children and Young People sector.
