Jeminiyi Ogunkoya 

With a degree in Biomedicine and Health Sciences Jeminiyi has been working in frontline Health and Social Care since 2004 and in further education teaching and learning sector since 2010.
Jeminiyi has worked on both frontline and behind the scene within health and social care sector as tutor, assessor, internal quality assured, head of quality, qualifications and development lead, senior external quality assured, all within both private and government -funded training which has given her great knowledge of the sector.
She has reviewed text books for the education and training courses which are currently used and sold on all academic book outlets and platforms nationwide.
As a member of SET (Society of Education and Training), she is also a QTLS Ambassador who has supported, coached and mentored Trainee Teachers towards achieving their status.
Jeminiyi likes to involve herself with tutoring, assessing and IQA for AASOG Education and Training to ensure quality is paramount. She is ambitious and strives to continuously improve.

Stuart Cardow 

Stuart has been working within the adult training sector since 2001 in various capacities (Trainer/assessor, Training manager, Marketing Manager, bid writer) successfully delivering programs across numerous Government and private programs.  He worked with Skills for Care at the launch of the NMDS program and went on to deliver programs for Skills for Care London and Skills for Care South East that involved introducing NMDS to care organisations and supporting these organisations to entering their data into the NMDS online system.  He has also advised and supported a number of Local Authorities in London and the South East to meet their mandatory Department of Health returns.  He currently assists a number of care companies with their ASC-WDS Adult Social Care- Workforce Data Set (formally known as NMDS)data inputting in order to support their potential Workforce Development claims and assist the supply of data directly to CQC prior to inspections. 

Shan Rogbeer

Shan has spent his whole professional career in the field of health and social care. In 1976, Shan started his career in NHS as a mental health nurse and joined social services in 1981 and became a social worker. He has worked in management for both social services and the voluntary sectors before joining further education sectors in 2008.
Shan has an all-round experience as a Manager, Lecturer, External Quality Assurer, Lead Internal Quality Assurer, Trainer and an Assessor with a good track record of achievement within the public, private and voluntary sectors. This has given Shan a wealth of experience and knowledge in the field of health & social care.Shan is passionate about motivating students to accomplish their potentials; using individual goal planning, performance and coaching. Building on individual's self-confidence and reflective practice are his strengths. He finds this is the best way to help develop students with their skills, knowledge and practice who are required to carry out a complex job role in a changing environment.
In addition, Shan continues to focus on quality assurance to detect and correct problems or variances that fall outside established standards through audits and other forms of assessment.



Adriana Onuoha

With a dynamic personality, good communication skills and commitment in professional development Adriana has always been opened to learning new things while benchmarking her career. After graduating from the University with a degree in Psychology, she worked at the Romanian Academy  where she was allocated with the project to profile all the Staff and produced reports that helped transform the Team performance and productivity, as well as improving the quality of work and relationship between the colleagues.
Adriana’s field of expertise also includes primary accounting and translations with hands on experience of working as an assistant manager. Adriana has used her psychology skills in understanding the behaviours and helping the service users she worked with to improve their quality of life. She is keen on contextualising her knowledge and experience of working as frontline within the Adult health and social care sector to her Learners who intend to develop their skills through qualification within the sector. Adriana also studied pharmacy while part of her primary role and experience includes counter pharmacist, health advisor and health coach.

Venus Wilson 

With a strong process-driven background gained in the retail, hospitality, and support services sectors with various responsibilities (Cluster Manager, Support Operations, Contract Manager), Venus, a go - getter, made his debut in the learning and development field in 2011 to pursue his passion for education and training. After qualifying as an Assessor-Trainer, he has since been focusing on delivering and facilitating frontline to management work programmes for organisations across key economic industries. Lately, Venus, with his entrepreneurial mindset approach, has been closely working on high impact projects for mainstream education and training providers (SEETEC, Newcastle College Group, Stroud College), designing and delivering sector-specific and learner-centred programmes for the Civil Service, Local Authorities and private hospitality groups. Projects achieved involved developing and co-facilitating a series of acclaimed Sector-Based Work Academy Programmes aimed at hiring for the Civil Service and Guys & St Thomas Group of hospitals and Youth programmes to prepare for the world of work in the London. Venus studied Applied Management at Warwick Business School in 2013. As a committee member for his North London CIPD branch, Venus currently co-leads on learning and organisation development events to help instil a culture of learning for better performance.

He is now studying to gain his Qualified Teaching and Learning Status – QTLS and pursue further formal education.
