RQF Level 2 Diploma in Team Leading

There are no formal entry requirements for this qualification, it is generic qualification which is suitable for those who work in different sectors  and job roles.

It is a qualification suitable for those who are entering a management role, or who have the ability and the opportunity to demonstrate recognisable management and leadership skill.

The qualification enables learners upon completion to develop the knowledge and skills required to work in a variety of areas as team leaders, supervisors, or continue their study in this or other areas.
 It is an RQF 40 credit course which can be completed within 6 to 12 months.

All fees paid for the qualification includes e-portfolio allocation, Tutor support, research and support materials, Certificate issue, Learner support if raised and identified, when on instalment plan there is no interest rate charged, upon signing up for the qualification agreed break in learning and qualification can be issued upon request as soon as possibly noticed.

Entry requirement
There are no formal entry requirements for the RQF level 2 Diploma in Team Leading qualification.


Method of Assessment:
This qualification is internally assessed and quality assured by Centre staff then externally quality assured. This is a competence-based qualification with a combination of both mandatory and optional units. Knowledge evidence includes but not limited to written work completed then submitted online via the e-portfolio system, assignment tasks and where possible reports from work placement while considering GDPR as required as part of assessment.


The RQF 40 credits level 2 Diploma in Team Leading qualification is designed for learners who would like to be in an intermediate management position or are already working at an intermediate management level, which can include Team Leader, Supervisor or Deputy role.
Direct observation of competence inline to unit standard and learner’s Organisation policy and procedure where there is COVID restriction in place has to be followed.

24/7 online access to e-portfolio available upon registration, including planned Tutor support.
Hybrid teaching and learning takes place which include face to face where possible and virtual online classroom session.
Research and support materials available to learner.

Online e-learning platform is used to support learner while on the programme.
