Employability Qualification

Free qualifications through DWP and Jobcentre Plus.

In partnership with DWP you can access any of our qualifications free (at no cost to you) through DWP and your local Jobcentre Plus if you are in the London and Essex area.

Employability and Personal Development qualification:

Route 1. Level 1 Award in Employability consist of mandatory units with optional units encountered to various sectors including Business Administration, Retail, Hospitality, Customer Service.
Route 2. Level 2 Certificate in Employability and Personal Development consist of mandatory units and optional units leading to various sectors which includes Social Care, Business Administration, Digital Marketing and Sales, Hospitality, Leisure Travel and Tourism, Retail, Warehousing, Construction.
Route 3. Level 2 Certificate for Transition to Working in Social Care Sector consist of mandatory units and optional units sector specific to only Social Care.
Overall: These qualifications have been designed to meet the skills needs of employers of all sizes across the public, private and not-for-profit sectors. 


Award in Employability

 

Level 1 Award in Employability this qualification consist of mandatory unit and  optional units leading to Business Administration, Retail, Hospitality, Customer Service. Upon completing the qualification in your preferred sector you will  be gaining the foundation knowledge required to progress to Employment or Further Education, it is also an RQF 6 credits course which can be completed in 6weeks.
