RQF Level 2 Certificate in Team Leading Principles.

This qualification is suitable for those who are looking to work in a team leading role within a number of industries. It provides learners with an opportunity to develop their knowledge to move into a team leadership role within a range of organisations.

This qualification is a 18 credits qualification which can be completed in 4-6 weeks.

RQF Level 2 Certificate in Principles of Business and Administration.

This RQF knowledge-based qualification is designed for individuals who are involved in Business and Administration as their primary work activity, who are seeking a career in Business and Administration and wish to take the first steps towards professional qualifications. 

It is also suitable for learners who wish to gain recognition of their knowledge in Business and Administration.

RQF Level 2 Certificate in Principles of Customer Service.


This RQF knowledge based qualification is designed for individuals who are involved in Customer Service as their primary work activity, who are seeking a career in this sector and wish to take the first steps towards professional qualifications.

It is also suitable for learners who wish to gain recognition of their knowledge of Customer Service that they can apply to employment in a wide range of sectors.

Level 2 Diploma in Team Leading

There are no formal entry requirements for this qualification, it is generic qualification which is suitable for those who work in different sectors  and job roles.
It is a qualification suitable for those who are entering a management role, or who have the ability and the opportunity to demonstrate recognisable management and leadership skill.
The qualification enables learners upon completion to develop the knowledge and skills required to work in a variety of areas as team leaders, supervisors, or continue their study in this or other areas.

Level 3 Diploma in Leadership and Management

There are no formal entry requirements for this qualification but prior knowledge and achievement of leave 2 Diploma in Team Leading can be beneficial.
This qualification covers a wide range of management and leadership elements, including the managing of budgets, projects and delivery of customer service and focuses on teamwork principles, recruitment, selection and induction practices.

Level 3 Diploma in Business Administration

There are no formal entry requirements for this qualification while it aims to recognise learners’ achievements within the business administration environment.This qualification is suitable for those who work within different sector or industries with an administrative role and responsibility.

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management

There are no formal entry requirements for this qualification but prior knowledge and achievement of leave 3 Diploma in Leadership and Management can be beneficial.
